Fingertips was built by 范军 (Jane) and Wei Ming Chen as a platform. Melbourne clients work with us directly; clients elsewhere in Australia work with vetted partner brokers from our network. Every broker is a licensed Australian Credit Representative with Mandarin-speaking capability.
Why a 'platform'
A traditional broker typically knows 5-10 lenders well. We run an engine over 40+ lenders' policies in real time and surface candidate matches per client. A broker then handles the actual submission. Result: better matches + faster turnaround.
